Questions people ask
Short answers to the questions that come up most often.
Each answer here explains an unexpected outcome you cannot resolve by reading a single article.
Why does the Sign up page not have a form? Because there is nothing to fill in. It exists to explain that accounts are created by request, and to point you to the membership page.
I did not receive the email with my code. Check the spam or junk folder first, then request a new code. A 30-second waiting period applies between requests: the page asks you to wait before sending another.
A code or reset link no longer works. Only the most recent code is valid — each new request replaces the one before it — and a code or reset link that goes unused expires. Request a new one and work from the newest message.
Why can I not see the advanced filters? They are available to signed-in members only. Without an account the panel explains this and offers to sign you in.
Why is there no Edit button next to my organisation? Because your access level does not include editing. Viewer access is read-only. Ask the network to review your access level if you believe you should be able to edit.
I uploaded a new picture but it did not appear. An upload and a save are two separate stages. The picture is stored when you choose it, but it becomes part of your profile only once you save the form.
