The Smart Village Network Services organises regular events for its members and beyond that allow exchange and networking.
Events include online debates (e.g. on future policy), field visits to members to learn about new approaches and initiatives, SVN members' meetings, etc.

Networking under the SURE – Sustainable and Resilient Communities - project
Smart Village Network Services coordinates the SURE (Sustainable and Resilient Communities) project. The project helps people and local communities take an active role in shaping a greener, stronger future.
Running from February 2026 to January 2028, SURE offers many chances for Smart Village Network members and others to discover practical ideas and real-life examples around sustainable food, housing and energy.
The project brings people together through easy-to-follow online talks, hands-on workshops, and opportunities to share experiences, learn from each other, and have a say in policies that affect local communities.
