Read the Smart Village Network Services Proposal for strengthening support for rural communities under the post-2027 EU Regulation. Among others the proposal suggests reinforcing the smart small communities (“smart villages”) approach through a dedicated legislative article beyond its mention under Article 74 on ‘territorial and local cooperation initiatives’.
